Step by step to Germany: our recruitment process for international caregivers
Vitanas assumes overall responsibility for the recruitment process. We have developed efficient and flexible procedures that enable us to recruit, train and prepare new staff members for their assignments in an ethical and fair manner. We assist the international specialists and monitor the various stages along their way to Germany as set out below.
From the application to the first working day
A long-term, structured process as well as painstaking organisation and preparatory work are required before a nurse may enter the country. Our recruiting team starts making all the arrangements necessary for entry to Germany a year prior to the eventual date of entry. This entails rendering support to candidates when applying for a visa and a work permit, assisting them in any further entry-related matters and providing the basic furnishings of shared accommodation. Moreover, all prerequisites for living and working in Germany are met. The team continues to support all new employees after their arrival, for example, when registering with the citizens' office and taking out health insurance.
